Meet Sumit
Often, the most challenging story to tell is your own.
What most people know about me is that I have spent 16+ years leading tech and AI teams, started 2 companies & 1 NGO, and am a CEO coach since 2021.
What most people don’t know about me is that I have spent a lifetime staying invisible. I have always been afraid to speak up or to take a stand for anything.
I was told I couldn’t become an engineer, leader, photographer, or coach. Worse, I have told myself that many times! I chose courage and have reinvented myself multiple times. I am here to do the same for you.
Today I work with founder CEOs who are playing 100M games. They have built a 3-5M business. Now, they want to build a team of leaders to step back from the day-to-day and scale the business to 30-50M and then either exit or go public to do their next big thing.
I am also a son, a father, a husband, a podcast host, a photographer, and a guest speaker at companies & B-Schools.
